Published Prices
Prices shown are cash-pay rates. Personal injury lien billing is also available. A protocol price covers the protocol itself; your initial evaluation and any diagnostics are quoted separately.

You pay the published price, or the price quoted at consultation, directly. No claim, no prior authorisation, and no waiting on a coverage decision before treatment starts.
If you were injured in an accident and have an attorney, treatment can begin now with payment deferred until your case settles, under a lien agreement coordinated with your attorney.
