New Patients

Becoming a Patient,
Step by Step

What happens between calling us and starting treatment: how quickly you can be seen, what the first visit covers, what to bring, and how you will pay for it.

The Sequence

From Call to Care

  1. 01

    Reach out

Call (725) 316-5970 or send the contact form with a short description of what you are dealing with. We reply within 24 hours.

  2. 02

    Get scheduled

Same-week appointments are available for most services. If you are being seen after an accident, tell us at this point so lien paperwork can start in parallel.

  3. 03

    Come in for an evaluation

History, examination, and a review of whatever imaging and records you bring. This visit is about establishing the picture, not starting a treatment you have not agreed to.

  4. 04

Agree the plan and its cost

You leave knowing what is recommended, what it involves, and what it costs — a published protocol price or a written quote — before any of it begins.

Before You Come In

What to Bring

None of this is a condition of being seen. Each item simply means the first visit is spent on your problem rather than on reconstructing a history you have already given someone else.

Prior imaging and reports
An MRI, CT, or X-ray you have already had spares you a repeat scan and lets the evaluation start from what is known.
A current medication list
Doses and names, including anything over the counter. Several neurological symptoms are medication effects.
Records from other clinicians
Notes from a primary care physician, neurologist, or physical therapist you have already seen.
Photo ID
For the clinic record, so the file is unambiguously yours.
Your attorney’s details, if you have a case
Name, firm, and contact. Lien care is coordinated with your attorney from the outset.

Paying for Care

Two Paths, Decided Up Front

Which path applies to you is settled before treatment, not discovered afterwards on a bill.

Cash-Pay

You pay the published price, or the price quoted at consultation, with no claim to file and no coverage decision to wait on before starting.

Personal Injury Lien

If an attorney represents you on an open personal injury case, care can begin now with payment deferred until the case resolves, under a lien agreement coordinated with that attorney.
