Accessibility Statement

Effective August 28, 2026

Brain Spine Health treats patients with brain injury, vestibular disorders, light and noise sensitivity, vision changes, and cognitive fatigue. A website those patients cannot use is a website that fails the people it was built for. We take accessibility as a clinical obligation, not a checkbox.

The Standard We Build To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the level referenced by Section 508 and by most accessibility regulation in the United States.

What We Do

  • Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Expandable sections carry the ARIA state a screen reader needs, and answer text is present in the page rather than created on click.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Body text meets contrast requirements against its background, and the page reflows to a single column on small screens and at high zoom.
  • Motion is limited to short entrance transitions and is suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
  • Headings describe the structure of each page in order, so a screen reader user can navigate by heading.

Known Limitations

The interactive three-dimensional brain model on our neurology page is a visual aid. It is decorative, and every anatomical point it illustrates is also written out in the text beside it, but the model itself cannot be explored with a keyboard or screen reader.

Some outside material we link to, including published research on other organizations’ sites, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

We review the site against these guidelines periodically rather than continuously, so a newly published page may carry a defect for a time.

If Something Is in Your Way

Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information another way. Call (725) 316-5970 or email neurotbiexpert@gmail.com. Describe the page and what happened, and include the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it.

We aim to respond within two business days. Anything on this website is also available by phone, and our staff can read a page to you, take an appointment request, or send information in another format.
